Is WhatsApp bulk messaging allowed?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, as long as recipients have opted in and you use Meta-approved templates. Wazon only sends approved templates in broadcasts.
What happens if my broadcast hits a WhatsApp limit?
The broadcast pauses instead of failing. Contacts that were not reached stay in the queue, and you can resume once your limit resets.
